PT. BINA DINAMITA RAMA Malang was established in 6 January 1996. PT  BINA DINAMITA RAMA is an man-power agency licensed by Ministry of Human Resource and Department of Immigration of Indonesia. We are highly efficient, because of our well-trained and skillfull staffs that work as a team.

We recruit workers for both formal and informal sectors. For formal sectors we have been sending thousands labors especially to East and West Malaysia in construction, manufacturers, plantations, and hotels. While in informal ones we are sending housemaids to Hongkong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Our Training Center, especially for informal sectors, ensures the highest standard of training by having a complete range of training programmes & facilities to match the needs of employer’s families. Essential knowledge and skill are passed down by our enthusiastic trainers to each domestic helper throught practical handson lessons.

During the course of their training they are being assessed not only on their personal but also by the government.  We therefore are confident of delivering our service, which are able to meet up to your stringent requirements.
